Riders Motorcycle Club of Boston (Riders MC) is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly, maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information you submit online or by e-mail via the ridersmc.com web site.

Collecting Information
Any personal information that you submit through the Riders MC contact form, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, or telephone number is private and confidential. All information that you submit is securely stored and accessible only to Riders MC administration and/or community. There may be areas on the site where specific information is asked so you can be contacted or a profile created. This information is collected in strictest confidence. Contact/comment forms throughout the site contain fields for e-mail address, website, etc… These fields are required to weed out spammers and create profiles. In most cases, you set the level of privacy by the amount of information you submit when creating a profile.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Riders MC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to and from its web site and is not responsible for the contents of any externally linked site. The inclusion of any external links does not imply endorsement by Riders MC of that site. The Way We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when registering and becoming a member only to complete that membership subscription order (yearly dues) and to create your profile. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that membership subscription order. We use the information you provide when placing a membership subscription order only to ship any products offered with a particular membership plan and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order, e.g., shipping a new member a Riders MC patch.

We use return email addresses to answer any emails we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates to our subscription plans and membership fees. Information you submit on our website will not be used for any other purpose not specifically stated. We also use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design and improve our website.

No Release of Information to Third Parties
Any information that you submit through the Riders MC web site will not be sold, traded, or exchanged with third parties. Information collected from this site is used for contact/profile information, and may be used to develop anonymous demographic or marketing information regarding guests and registered users.
